  • All components purchased from CoreSource Innovation (Hong Kong) Technology Co., Ltd. are sourced directly from original manufacturers or authorized distributors, ensuring authenticity. Please inspect your goods promptly upon receipt. Any discrepancies in quantity, model, or quality must be reported in writing within 7 working days from the date of receipt. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.

What should I pay attention to when signing for goods?

  • 1. For door-to-door delivery and cash-on-delivery orders: When the courier delivers the goods, please inspect the outer packaging in person. If the outer packaging is damaged, please do not sign for it and contact our customer service immediately. Once you sign and accept the delivery, it will be difficult to hold the courier responsible for any subsequent damage discovered after unpacking.
  • 2. After the courier delivers the goods, please open the outer packaging on the spot for a brief inspection. Check for any obvious deformations or damage to the items. If there are issues, please do not sign for it and contact our customer service immediately.
  • 3. When receiving materials, please inspect them promptly. If there are discrepancies in quantity or model, or if the materials are damaged, please provide feedback within 7 working days after receipt. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.

Special Notes:

  • If your order was paid for using cash coupons and the refund amount for returned goods exceeds the actual paid amount, the refund will be processed based on the actual payment amount.
  • If your order includes any free gifts, this service will not be available.
  • For bundled items, you must return the entire set together.
  • For promotional packages, you must return the main product along with any included free gifts.
